Counseling Fees

• The cost for the initial counseling session is $160.
• The cost for each additional individual session is $135.
• The cost for family sessions is $135.
• An $85.00 fee will be charged to your account unless we receive a 24 hour notification for all cancelled/missed appointments.

Insurance

Stenzel Clinical Services is here to help in any way we can with your insurance needs. Insurance may pay for some or all of your sessions. You can contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your behavioral health benefits, or our insurance specialists are happy to contact your insurance company for you.

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Behavioral Health and Aetna.

We will take care of billing your insurance, so that you can get the help and encouragement you need without dealing with the headache of insurance claims. We can bill your insurance company for any out-of-network mental health benefit according to the Illinois Mental Health Parity Act.

If you have any other HMO insurance plan, our specialists are happy to provide your insurance providers with a super-bill for reimbursement.
