The Power of No

Posted on: No Comments

Saying “no” can be uncomfortable. In an effort to be kind and compassionate, many people end up saying “yes” to every request. However, when you never say “no,” you destroy important boundaries and create potential resentments.

“No” is a positive word that shows you respect yourself and the person asking you to do something. Your friends and family deserve to know how you truly feel and will appreciate you drawing personal boundaries.
