Christina Coduto, MS Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

staff_christinaHello, my name is Christina Coduto. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from National-Louis University. I am passionate about working with couples as well as individuals and families. I have training and experience in the treatment of women’s issues, survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, addiction, anxiety and depression.

I believe that understanding one’s perception is essential to understanding one’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors. In order to make positive changes, it is very important to understand how one perceives experiences and the reasons why. Therefore, I feel that increased self-awareness and personal growth are integral parts of the counseling process.

I believe trust is the foundation for a successful therapeutic relationship. I am committed to working with you to help you identify your goals and provide you with the tools that will make it possible to reach those goals. Together we can take the first step in your journey of healing and personal growth.
