I am privileged to walk alongside those navigating seasons of great challenge. Life is difficult and often painful. At times, we feel stuck—not sure about which step to take or if we even want to take a step at all. Therapies grounded in research can decrease suffering and increase experiences of joy. We can become empowered, learn to use life skills, cultivate a sense of hope, and walk on the path of resilience. A strong believer in the power of relationship, my approach is person-centered, holistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I find the healing process rewarding—particularly working with those managing grief or loss, life transition, identity issues, relationship conflict, anxiety and depression, sleep/insomnia, religious/spiritual concerns, and shame.
I am a graduate student actively pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wheaton College.
