Natalie Stage, MA Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Hello, my name is Natalie Stage. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2010. I am also a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. I have experience working with adolescents, women, young adults, and couples. I am also a certified prepare/enrich counselor.
In my years as a counselor, I have worked with women extensively in issues surrounding pregnancy such as infertility, pregnancy loss, and post abortion counseling. I have received certificate training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders such as OCD, depression, and anxiety. I also specialize in chronic illnesses such as autoimmune disorders or other disorders that can cause pain or alter one’s quality of life. Adolescents struggling with anxiety or depression is another area where I have a lot of experience.
My goal as a therapist is to listen nonjudgmentally and understand your story. I desire to develop a trusting relationship with you and help you to live your life optimally and with hope. I am passionate about counseling holistically, considering the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of each person. I counsel from a Christian perspective and also work with individuals from a variety of economic and cultural backgrounds. The healing process can be a difficult journey at times, but it can also be wonderful as it brings much freedom and peace.
