Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here. Searching for a counselor can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to get a sense of who someone is through a few paragraphs on a screen. I hope what I share here gives you a clearer sense of who I am and how I might support you.

I’ve always been drawn to stories. What started as a love for fiction grew into a deep appreciation for the real, complex stories people carry, their joys, their hardships, and everything in between. At times, our inner world can feel tangled; full of competing thoughts, emotions, and experiences that are hard to make sense of alone. My hope is to walk alongside you in gently untangling those knots, bringing clarity, understanding, and movement toward healing.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wheaton College, along with a Trauma Certificate. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals in a variety of settings, as a crisis counselor with The Crisis Text Line, a physical therapy technician, and a mentor and teacher for high school students. These experiences have shaped my belief in caring for the whole person and meeting people with both compassion and curiosity.

My approach to counseling draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and Gestalt perspectives. In practice, this means we may explore how your past experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and the world, while also developing practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and Confidence.

It would be an honor to hear your story and walk alongside you in the process.
