I believe we are shaped by the stories we have endured, especially the painful, hidden, and unseen ones. Healing is a relational process; it happens in small and big ways as we are met with safety, curiosity, and compassionate presence. I strive to make therapy a place for you to slow down, be deeply listened to, and make meaning of what you have been carrying.

I enjoy working across the lifespan. I work with children ages 2–12, caregivers, and adults navigating experiences such as trauma, anxiety, behavioral concerns, parenting stress, adoption, burnout, grief and loss, spirituality and faith, transition, chronic illness, self-esteem, and challenges within the parent-child relationship.

I approach counseling through a person-centered, relational, and experiential framework. My approach is informed by attachment theory, play, interpersonal neurobiology, family systems, and trauma-informed care.

Whether we are sitting on the floor in the playroom or talking together, my hope is that you leave therapy more connected to yourself, your strengths, and the people you love.

Outside the therapy room, I find life’s joys in brightly painted nails, doing (literally anything) with people I love, the sea, sun, and sand, tending to growing things, a well-timed pun, and showing up to my own weekly therapy.
