Hi! My name is Ashley, and I am pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Trauma Certificate at Wheaton College. After working in employee benefits for over fifteen years, I decided to leave the corporate world and start a new vocation in counseling.

I have a passion for walking alongside people on their life’s journey and sitting with them in their darkest moments. My desire is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can be and discover your truest self.

I approach counseling through an integrative, holistic lens, drawing upon cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapies. It would be a great honor to support you on your path toward growth and healing.

In my spare time, I love listening to music, and I am an active member at my church and serve as a prayer minister.
