My name is Casey (Bo).  I’m a bilingual therapist at Stenzel, providing counseling services in both English and Mandarin. I obtained a master’s degree at Trinity International University in Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT).

My passion is to help you to live a more fulfilling and satisfying life personally, relationally, and spiritually, wherever you are right now. My goal is to help you to find your strengths to overcome barriers and foster growth. I treasure every encounter I have with my clients and the opportunity to be part of your life journey. You are the expert of your experience, and my role is to guide the counseling process and make sure you benefit from it. It takes a lot of courage and wisdom to reach out for help. You deserve being understood, respected, and supported.

I’m passionate about, especially interested and experienced in working with clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Before moving to the U.S, I worked for eight years in Asia, working with clients from 20+ countries across five continents, representing a variety of age groups and cultural backgrounds. I care for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, crisis, trauma, relational issues, life transition, couple’s issues, parenting, boundary issues, intercultural adjustment, stress, addiction, loss, faith issues and other issues they bring to counseling. It is a privilege for me to share in both the tears as well as the laughter that sessions can bring.
