Hello!

I like to create a safe space to bring whatever issues are keeping you from reaching your potential. I work in a client centered approach where services are tailored to the individual need as well as working collaboratively to create care plan goals we agree on and review together. My goal for therapy is for you to work your way out of therapy while also knowing I’m here if you need me.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been providing counseling services to individuals, couples and families for over 10 years. As a social worker I take the person in their environment into consideration and will often suggest community resources in addition to therapy. I have worked with all age groups, though I have a heart for adolescents and families. I have experience working with the challenges of addictions and eating disorders as well as general mental health problems such as depression and anxiety.  I also have experience working in schools and can help parents navigate the school support services such as 504 plans and Individual Education Plans (IEP). Lastly, I am most proud to have served in the United States Army Reserves as a chaplain’s assistant. I traveled around the country teaching soldiers and families about the complexity of deployments, traumatic brain injury and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I look forward to meeting you and working together to help you reach your goals!
