Hi there, glad you’re here, I’m Kelsey Boll. If you find yourself saying, ‘I’m having a hard time right now,’ then you’re in the right place. I know how starting the process of counseling can feel scary or overwhelming. It is important to me that you feel heard and understood.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. I use a person-centered approach to offer a warm, non-judgmental, empathic space to help individuals address behaviors and patterns they wish to change and to promote personal growth. I believe in engaging in cultural humility and value ongoing self-examination to foster a safe environment for all clients.

I am passionate about co-exploring with people to help find avenues to overcome life’s many obstacles. My experiences working at university counseling centers and in community mental health have shaped me to be able to work with a wide variety of concerns. Thus, I enjoy working with individuals who want to focus on relationship issues, family of origin, trauma, and grief/loss.

By discussing how the past may be impeding our present, I believe we can build toward a future worth looking forward to!
