My name is Lauren Bose and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Aurora University.
I like to assist others in overcoming obstacles to achieve their goals. Many times stress, anxiety and depression can make us feel like we can’t. I like to help others realize that they can! My approach is to foster a safe environment that is non-judgmental, empathetic and educational.
I find it important to draw on your strengths and provide coping skills to help you reach your desired therapy outcomes. I have provided counseling to children ages 7 to high school and have experience working with individuals with special needs. I have experience in working in the school system and can help partner with parents to navigate school support process such as 504 Plans and Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
