Viv specializes in helping people who are coping with challenging and complex relationships, life transitions, trauma, and faith-related harm. A licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years mental health experience, she uses cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.

Viv helps adults, couples, and families find clarity, repair relationships, and process trauma to gain better emotional, mental and spiritual health. This includes adults seeking support with life changes, relationships, parenting, or mood disorders such as depression and anxiety; couples seeking to improve their communication and connection; and families facing complex challenges and broken relationships. She will integrate faith-based understanding and practices according to client preference.
