About the Class:
Topics of discussion focus on depression, anxiety, self-harm, drug use, trauma, and social media. The goal of this class is to equip parents with simple, yet practical, skills they can use to help their pre/teen navigate difficult emotions.Evidence based modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) will be used.
