My name is Kaitlyn Anderson and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree from Wheaton College.
I have a very client-centered approach to therapy and strive to make each of my clients unique and counseling tailored to their specific needs.
My passion is working with individuals from an array of backgrounds. My goal is to help my clients find meaning and purpose out of their current circumstances in order to live a more meaningful life. I utilize interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), act therapy and narrative to assist individuals in creating healthy emotional expressions, relationships and to cope with life stressors.
