My name is Katie Chamberlain, and I am Licensed Professional Counselor, and I would love the opportunity to hear your story. I truly believe that hearing people’s stories is one of the sweetest parts of this life. The act of sharing a story can brings people together and unlocks healing in beautiful ways, and this is what has motivated me to pursue a career in counseling. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Northwestern University, followed a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wheaton College.

My goal for all who enter my counseling office is first and foremost that people feel heard and cared for. Secondly, I aim to help clients understand both why they may be struggling and how they can heal. Every person is unique, and I will seek to treat you in custom-tailored way that fits your needs and highlights your strengths.

I feel particularly passionate about helping those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational issues, and sexual abuse. Having previously worked in ministry with high schoolers and college students, this age group is my specialty, though I counsel and enjoy children and adults as well. Ultimately, my desire is that through our time together, you will find hope, healing, and redemption for your story.
